As part of the Seddon Group, one of the largest and longest-established privately-owned construction and maintenance companies in the UK, 4m has the resources, stability and balance sheet strength associated with being part of the Group.

Working with facilities and property managers, process engineers, architects and design and build contractors, 4m understands the diverse needs clients place on flooring projects.
We have the ability to undertake works across the UK and Ireland across a broad size range. This includes large scale works, of which 4m has a wide experience through projects including Bentley Motors, Airbus and Jaguar as well as smaller projects.

Training
4m's ongoing training plan provides our operatives with high competency levels.
We are a holder of the Investor in People award and operate a dedicated training centre - to enhance and improve existing skills and learn more about new, innovative technologies.
Health and Safety
Well-trained staff make for a safer working environment and our health and safety policies and procedures go hand-in-hand with our training plan for maximum effectiveness.
As a member of the Building Safety Group (BSG) all of our sites are frequently audited. We also have health and safety experts to deliver risk assessment plans, health and safety plans and completed operational and maintenance files.

4m has structured quality procedure, in line with its position as a holder of ISO 19001.

4m is a holder of ISO 14001. We use VOC-free, solvent-free products and have a comprehensive environmental policy, which all staff support and work to.
