Top NVQ Marks for 4m Operatives

Congratulations to all 4m site operatives who have successfully completed the National Vocational Qualification Level 2 in In-Situ Resin Flooring.
During 2009, the 7 members of the 4m site team carried out training and assessment through FeRFA, The Resin Flooring Association.
All operatives met with their assessor who highlighted their individual training needs and produced an assessment plan tailored specifically to them.
After working hard to produce a portfolio of evidence and having been assessed on practical competence & knowledge and understanding of the NVQ units, the operatives completed a Health and Safety touch screen test and then sent their portfolio to NSAC for internal verification.
We are pleased to announce that all members of the 4m site team have received their certification of achievement and are in the process of obtaining their CSCS Blue Skilled Card.
