David Roache - Managing Director
Appointed managing director of 4m flooring uk in January 2009, David has an extensive background in accountancy and financial directorship in British industry.
Andrew James - Commercial Director
A qualified quantity surveyor, Andrew makes sure 4m measures up in his role sizing projects and within all commercial aspects within the business. He also brings extensive expertise in finance to the company.
Ken Stirling - Sales Director
Ken Stirling joined 4m as Sales Director in September 2009. Ken has a wealth of experience in the flooring industry and previously owned and managed a company in the floor finishes sector. Ken is responsible for developing our relationship with major customers and for pursuing opportunities in new industrial sectors. He will also develop 4m's relationships with major flooring manufacturers.
Sue Dennis - Office Manager
Sue works behind the scenes to ensure the office and the company in general runs smoothly. Sue is also responsible for 4m's award of Investors In People. She also has overall responsibility for the welfare and everyone in the business.
John Amis - Contracts Manager
John has moved up the career ladder making the move from operative and working site manager, to contracts manager. He has many years experience in the industry and oversaw 4m's large scale project at the O2 Arena.
Tim Butterworth - Contracts Manager
A solid grounding in the industry, working initially as an operative and site manager, through to his current role as contracts manager, means Tim is well-placed to deal with the demands of both commercial and industrial flooring installations.
Mel Roberts - Buyer
Mel joined 4m in 2004 and rapidly progressed to Procurement.
