David Roache - Chairman
Appointed managing director of 4m Floors UK Ltd in January 2009, David has an extensive background in accountancy and financial directorship in British industry.
Andrew James - Managing Director
A qualified quantity surveyor, Andrew makes sure 4m measures up in his role sizing projects and within all commercial aspects within the business. He also brings extensive expertise in finance to the company.
John Amis - Contracts Director
John has moved up the career ladder making the move from operative and working site manager, to contracts manager. He has many years experience in the industry and oversaw 4m's large scale project at the O2 Arena.
Tim Butterworth - Operations Director
A solid grounding in the industry, working initially as an operative and site manager, through to his current role as contracts manager, means Tim is well-placed to deal with the demands of both commercial and industrial flooring installations.
Nigel Travis - Sales Manager
Nigel joined the 4m team in September 2010, he has a wealth of experience in the resin flooring industry and previously owned and managed a company in the floor finishes sector. Nigel is responsible for developing our relationship with major customers and for pursuing opportunities in new industrial sectors. He will also develop 4m's relationships with major flooring manufacturers.
Julie Rasbridge - Accounts Manager
Julie joined 4m in 2005 as Credit Controller. She is now Accounts Manager - her main responsibilities are accounts, sales administration and welfare.
Michelle Allen - Office Administration Manager
Michelle joined 4m in 2011. Her main responsibilities include procurement, PR and accounts administration.
