4m's Carl All Skilled Up Thanks To FeRFA

4m's Carl Navarro has successfully completed a one-day upskilling course held by FeRFA, The Resin Flooring Association.

The upskilling course on decorative quartz and stone systems included theory and practical sessions, where Carl and the other delegates gained experience in mixing, laying and sealing decorative resin systems, including coving and gulley details.

Carl Navarro said "I found the course really interesting and it was great to see new products and pick up some new techniques to advance my skills further."

John Amis, Contracts Manager at 4m added "When I saw that FeRFA were running this course, I was really keen to get 4m operatives involved. It's a fantastic way for them to gain new experience in laying the products we use and also helps to improve the scope of works 4m can offer to our clients."
"FeRFA will be running further courses in the future covering self smoothing and slip resistant systems, static dissipation and polishing skills, which 4m operatives will attend to again further the skills and development if our workforce."
